Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram elevates Chef Jaskaran Gujral as Executive Chef

Chef Jaskaran Gujral has been promoted to the role of Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram. He had joined the property as Executive Sous Chef in Jan 2020

In his former role, Chef Gujral served as the Executive Sous Chef at The Crowne Plaza, Ahmedabad for approximately two years. Before that, he was Sous Chef at LM Goa. He has been associated with other reputed organizations such as The Oberoi, Skytower Istanbul, Planet Hollywood Goa, Le Meridian Goa, and Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad.

He has worked in different capacities in the culinary department from a Jr. Sous Chef to Executive Sous Chef. Chef Gujral is greatly appreciated for his skills to consistently receive exceptional feedback from guests and patrons at the hotel which is one of our key focus areas.

A dynamic epicurean, Chef Gujral is on a quest to explore unusual ingredients to offer guests an extraordinary dining experience. His forte lies in crafting innovative creations and infusing unique flavors in conventional dishes to curate exemplary fine dining experiences for guests.  

Chef Gujral has played an instrumental role in driving culinary operations at the hotel, where he re-launched the ‘Wildfire’ restaurant with his team and got the opportunity to serve the honorable Vice President of India. He’s won many laurels like the ‘Young Hotelier Award 2021’ by Hotelier India and was nominated as Young Chef of the Year in 2019. Previously, he was part of the core team of F&B operations during the opening of ‘Status of Unity’, served the honorable Prime Minister of Denmark and Prime Minister Kazakhstan at the Vibrant Gujrat Summit.
