Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort is pleased to announce the appointment of Ritesh Gupta as their Food and Beverage Manager. Ritesh will oversee the operations of all the food and beverage outlets at the resort namely The Aravali Kitchen, Huang, Glaze Lounge and Bar and Olive Grove Pool Bar along with in – room dining and catering services.
With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ritesh started his career as an operational trainee at The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata.
His skillset includes managing restaurants, banquet operations and events planning. Ritesh in his extensive career has worked with international brands which includes The Oberoi, Swissotel Kolkata, Hyatt Regency Ludhiana.
His excellent managerial and leadership skills in the mentioned domains have proved to be an asset in his previous assignments. In his former role as Director of Operations – Events at Andaz Delhi, he was responsible for overseeing the banquet operations at the property. With his in depth knowledge of banquet operations and managing restaurants, Ritesh will surely be an asset to the team and will help in positioning all Food and Beverage outlets at the resort.
