He has been excelling in culinary industry since 15 years and will bring to the role his expertise in food and beverage and culinary operations. Ameet brings with himself a diverse experience in different types of kitchen set-ups like Hotels, Cruise lines and stand-alone restaurants.
With a meritorious experience , Ameet has worked with renowned hospitality brands across the globe including W hotels, Conrad Bangalore, Aloft, Fairmont Hotels and Resort, Hyatt Regency amongst many others. His strong foundation and seasoned experience in culinary operations as well as avant-garde gastronomy makes him the perfect fit to spearhead the diverse Food and Beverage offerings at Doubletree by Hilton Agra.
From customizing and catering to every palate, to understanding the nitty-gritties of various techniques, Ameet expresses his love for food by playing with ingredients from around the world. Few of Ameet’s favourite dishes includes spaghetti carbonara, Coorg style Pandi curry and Pork Sarpotel.
During his leisure time, Ameet loves to explore local cuisines, travel and spend him with his family.
