Vanaha Gin, gin created by Revelry Distillery and its founder Vaniitha Jaiin, is a rare “forest-to-bottle” gin inspired by Indian forests and made with 24 handpicked botanicals. The gin uses a five-step distillation process, including cold vacuum distillation, to preserve the natural flavors of the botanicals, resulting in a smooth, layered, and natural spirit.

In just six months, Vanaha Gin has earned five major international awards—including the Master Medal at The Spirits Business Global Gin Masters, honours from IWSC (UK) and the Global Wine & Spirits Awards Asia, and Gold at the Global Spirits Design Masters. It is also the only gin worldwide shortlisted for Innovation in Production at The Spirits Business Awards 2025.

A respected alcohol-beverage expert with deep global insight, Vaniitha has shaped the way India understands premium craft spirits. Her approach marries science with quiet artistry: she developed Vanaha’s proprietary five-step extraction method and introduced India’s first use of cold vacuum distillation for select botanicals, preserving delicate aromas while redefining what modern Indian gin can be.
