The cuisine is focused on traditional Indian featuring the regions of Awadh, Rajasthan and North West Frontier India. These flavours are influenced by local culture bringing out the authenticity to provide a world class gastronomic experience.

Cuisine Expertise

Cooking happens on various sources of heat from an open charcoal grill, Iron walled tandoor, slow fire burners, in pits with engulfed heat and cakes of cowdung. Heated stone slabs are surprise elements on special occasions. Metallurgy plays its own part with the usage of heavily clad cast iron ‘Tawa’ to copper and brass ‘Handis’, ‘Lagans’ and the deep ‘Mahi Tawa’. Clay makes its presence in cook and serve fats, retaining aromas and flavors for the ‘Showmanship of the Chef.

Afgani spices charred Chicken, Amritsari roast murgh, cooked to perfection and melt in the mouth kakori kebab, lamb shank cooked in awadh spiced potli are just a few dishes to highlight from the exhaustive menu. The sinful breads are less of condiments and more of meals by themselves, full of flavours. Must try are Sheermal, Taftaan and the Saunfiyani Khameeri. Any meal would be incomplete without the Nawabi Shahi Tukda and Phirni to name just a few decadent desserts.
