The Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is inviting guests to harness the positivity and prosperity of the Lunar New Year in February. Much like the legend, where the monster Nian was fought off with firecrackers, bright red decorations and more, San:Qi at the hotel will be bedecked in traditional décor with a menu where every dish is a firecracker.
Carrying forward the traditional concept of gathering around for a sumptuous feast with loved ones, Chef Lin Lin Yang guests to bring their families, including their little ones as the team curates a special menu for all the cubs as well. For those of age, a handpicked selection of wines paired with each of the specialities is sure to be a welcome delight.
The special Lunar New Year menu will be available over lunch and dinner between February 1 and 21, 2022 at San:Qi along with a special menu for deliveries. Diners can relish appetisers such as the kombu salad and wuxi pork ribs, followed by a lavish main course complete with lobster in black bean sauce, steamed enoki garlic mushrooms accompanied with Sichuan sesame spinach noodles and a host of other tantalising items.
