Hitchki has opened the doors to its newest outlet in Goregaon, introducing Aasmaan, the brand’s first-ever rooftop concept that blends its trademark quirk with dining and nightlife. Located in the heart of NESCO, this launch marks a significant expansion of Hitchki’s immersive culinary and entertainment experience.
Two levels of cinematic charm
Spread across 3,000 sq. ft., the new outlet is designed across two floors: a vibrant indoor space with a seating capacity of 120, and a 140-seater open-air rooftop that offers panoramic views of the city skyline. Aasmaan by Hitchki also stands out as NESCO’s first rooftop dining destination, promising everything from breezy brunches and golden-hour cocktails to lively night-outs under the stars.
Retro meets contemporary
The new space is an mix of nostalgia and new-age charm. The interiors feature a modern Indian palette with retro Bollywood accents. From mood lighting to artistic seating layouts, every detail has been thoughtfully planned to create a photogenic yet comfortable setting, ideal for intimate dinners, group celebrations, and everything in between.
Voices behind the vision
“Hitchki has always been about more than just great food and drinks, it’s a feeling. With every new outlet, we strive to evolve that feeling into something unique, immersive, and memorable. Aasmaan reflects this evolution, combining nostalgia with sophistication in a setting that’s truly one of a kind,” said Aji Nair, CEO of Mirah Hospitality.
Bold cocktails, playful plates
The bar menu, led by Sonali Mullick, Head of Operations and Mixologist at Hitchki, is a heady mix of nostalgia and innovation, with every cocktail telling a story—playful, bold, and perfectly on-brand. Meanwhile, the menu crafted by Corporate Chef Ajay Thakur brings a modern twist to regional Indian favourites, creating dishes that surprise and delight with every bite.
