Dolci unveiled its premium outlet on Lavelle Road and its flagship outlet on Cunningham Road. Marrying European culinary excellence with Indian warmth, these new destinations mark a new chapter in Bengaluru’s dining scene. The Lavelle Road outlet was inaugurated by DK Shivkumar, PC Mohan, and Harris, following the flagship store’s launch on Cunningham Road, inaugurated by Aarthi Krishnan.
From Paris to Bengaluru — with heart
Founded by Shipra Kumar, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, Dolci brings global expertise to the local café landscape. With Balaji at the helm as Co-founder, Executive Director, and CEO, and the Colaco family as Promoters, the brand continues to scale new heights, poised for pan-India expansion.

Brewed with imagination
Dolci’s artisanal beverage program adds depth to the café experience. Guests can enjoy European-style espresso, or explore signature beverages like the Popcorn Latte and Caramel Island Espresso — a tropical-meets-bold fusion. The café also offers A2 Cow Milk, Soy Milk, and Almond Milk, along with granitas, smoothies, and teas like Blue Pea tea.
A vision beyond the plate
“Dolci represents the culmination of a dream to bring authentic European cafe culture to India while honouring our commitment to quality and innovation,” said Balaji M, CEO. “Our vision extends beyond just serving food – we’re creating an experience that resonates with those seeking sophisticated dining options in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.”

Where design meets delicacy
With its Santorini-inspired interiors and open kitchen layout, Dolci combines elegance and transparency, serving artisanal pastries and traditional dishes crafted from premium ingredients.
The journey continues
Founded in 2008 in Bengaluru, Dolci has grown into an uber-upmarket destination for millennials and Gen Z alike. With 50 outlets planned nationwide, the brand is rewriting the script for India’s premium café scene — one handcrafted plate at a time.
