Embark on a flavorful expedition with ‘Chettinad by Aachi’ at Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort & Convention Center

The execution of this food extravaganza will commence from May 11th-15th 2023 and shall rest with Chef Murthi and his talented team

Indulge in the authentic taste of Chettinad cuisine with the culinary skills of Mangalam Aachi and Solai Aachi, two renowned sisters from the Pudukkotai and Karaikudi districts. Their culinary expertise involves generations of family recipes and skills passed on from their mothers.

The signature dishes include Chettinad Meen Kuzhambu, Chettinad Mutton Kola Urundai, Chettinad fish fry, Chettinad Chicken Curry, Chettinad special Vendakkai Mandi, Varieties of Murukku (Seepu Seedai, Thenkuzhal Murukku, Mullu Murukku).

Speaking about this food festival, Satish Srinivasamurthy, General Manager, Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort & Convention Center, said, “In this instagrammable world, it’s an opportunity to showcase culinary experts, in this case the Aachi sisters who have learnt the skills and authentic recipes of the Chettinad cuisine passed on by generations, in collaboration with Chef Murthi who is as passionate and excited to present it to our discerning guests.”

Chef Murthi brings with him robust experience of two decades that strides through his early years working across a range of hospitality units through the ranks.
