Signature brews from a German brewmaster
At the core of Brau Galie’s brewing magic is a German Brewmaster who uses state-of-the-art copper and glass systems to craft six signature brews. These include three German-style originals—Bavarian Hefe, Munich, and Dunkel Lager—as well as three globally inspired varieties created by Indian brewmasters, including the seasonal favourite: Raspberry Sour.

Brau Galie also comes with globally inspired menu ranges from tapas-style small plates perfect for two, to indulgent full-course meals. Curated to complement their beers, the food selection caters to both à la carte diners and those opting for the Celebration Menu, complete with exclusive packages for special occasions.
