The management agreement for the property was finalized on 5th March 2026, marking another significant milestone in the brand’s expansion strategy within key corporate and commercial hubs.

The property features 50 well-appointed keys along with a 40-cover all-day dining restaurant, designed to cater to the evolving needs of business and transit travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a contemporary hospitality experience.

Operational Readiness with Minimal Enhancements

The hotel is currently operational, primarily catering to corporate and transit guests. At this stage, only minor cosmetic enhancements and touch-ups are planned, ensuring that the property continues to operate smoothly while aligning with OPO Hotel’s brand standards.
