IHG® Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Gauri Resort & Banquet Services to launch Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hapur. Scheduled to open in 2027, the property strengthens IHG’s aggressive expansion strategy in India, aligning with the country’s evolving travel demands.
Modern amenities for a seamless stay
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hapur will feature 120 well-appointed rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, business centre, meeting space, and a fully equipped fitness centre, along with ample parking. The hotel will be part of a larger mixed-use development spanning over 75,000 sq. ft., dedicated to MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and social events.
