Throughout his career, Chef Bishwajeet has worked with reputed hospitality brands such as Marriott International, IHCL, Hyatt, InterContinental Hotels Group, and The Orchid. His last assignment was at IHCL with TajSats Air Catering, Goa. His expertise lies in leading kitchen operations, developing menus, and delivering memorable dining experiences.

In his new role, Chef Bishwajeet will oversee all culinary operations at Surat Marriott Hotel, including its signature restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining, with emphasis on diligent operations, consistent food quality, and a focus on guest experience.
