Roshan Kumar Jha has recently been appointed as the Assistant Talent & Culture Manager – Corporate, at Pride Hotels Group at the Pune Corporate Office. In this new role, he will be responsible for overseeing corporate talent strategies, enhancing workplace culture, and driving employee engagement initiatives across the group.
Before his current appointment, Roshan served as the Senior Talent & Culture Executive – Corporate at The Pride Hotels, where he implemented talent development programmes, managed employee relations, and contributed to the overall HR strategy of the organisation.
Prior to his tenure at The Pride Hotels, Roshan worked as an HR Executive (HOD) at KBG Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata, as a Human Resources Officer at The Park Hotels in Kolkata, and as an Associate in HR & Training at ITC Hotels in Kolkata, where he supported HR operations and training programmes to foster employee development.
He started his career as a Front Office Assistant and later as a Human Resources Associate during his internship at Ramada Powai Hotel & Convention Centre in Mumbai. These early roles provided him with a strong foundation in HR practices and customer service.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, specialising in accounting and finance, from Calcutta University, Kolkata. He also earned a Diploma in Human Resources Management from ASEAN Online Education and a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Seacom University.
With his extensive background in human resources and a strong educational foundation, Roshan is well-equipped to contribute to the growth and success of Pride Hotels Group by fostering a positive and dynamic corporate culture.
