With over 24 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, Jasrotia brings strong commercial acumen, deep operational expertise, and a results-driven approach to the role. He is widely recognised for optimising hotel performance, managing complex multi-department operations, and building high-performing teams across competitive environments.

His expertise across guest engagement, revenue management, and brand strategy is expected to further strengthen Noormahal Palace’s positioning, while unlocking new business opportunities in evolving and high-demand markets.

Before joining Noormahal Palace, Jasrotia served as Vice President with Radisson Hotel Group, leading commercial and operational strategies for key palace resorts including Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa, Udaipur, along with Radisson properties in Alibaug, Visakhapatnam, and Jammu.

His career has also included senior leadership roles with Lansum Hospitality in association with Radisson Hotel Group, The Park Hotels, the Taj Group of Hotels, and The Leela Palace, Bengaluru—building a portfolio defined by luxury, scale, and consistent performance.
