Wynn Resorts and Marjan announced a construction milestone for Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah as the project reached topping out. The 70-floor tower has risen to 283 metres, achieving its highest structural concrete point 27 months after foundation works began. With the spire installation planned for 2026, the building is expected to reach 352 metres ahead of its planned Spring 2027 opening.
Interior fit-outs underway across 1,504 rooms and suites
All 1,530 guest accommodations have now reached full structural completion, with interior fit-outs underway across 1,504 rooms and suites. The tower’s structural concrete frame is complete, 79% of the façade has been installed, and the surrounding low-rise buildings have achieved 99% structural completion. With the main structure finished, the project has moved into the full interior build-out phase covering rooms, suites, enclave accommodations, food and beverage venues, and key public spaces.
Resort features planned across 60 hectares
Upon opening, Wynn Al Marjan Island will debut as the region’s first fully integrated resort. Spread across more than 60 hectares, the project will include 1,217 resort rooms and 297 Enclave suites, along with two Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhomes, and 10 Marina Estates. Planned facilities include 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a beach club, a spa and beauty destination, and a skylit shopping parterre. The resort will also feature Coral Court for celebrations and events, The Showroom theatre, 12 pools, a 420-metre white-sand beach, and a deep-water marina for superyachts.
Ceremony held atop the highest building in the Northern Emirates
To mark the topping out milestone, senior leaders from Wynn Resorts, Wynn Design & Development and Marjan gathered at the summit of the tower overlooking the Arabian Gulf. The ceremony recognised the completion of the tower structure, with guests receiving a commemorative steel bar from the building and participating in the pouring of the final concrete.

Second joint-venture project: Janu Al Marjan Island
Alongside this progress, Wynn Resorts and Marjan are also moving ahead with a second joint-venture project on Al Marjan Island, Janu Al Marjan Island, announced in November 2025 and currently under construction. The development will bring Aman Group’s sister brand, Janu, to Ras Al Khaimah, with an opening planned for late 2028. Together, the two projects cover more than 60 acres earmarked for future growth.
