The Fern Hotels & Resorts has elevated Manish Naresh Deolekar as the new General Manager of Operations (Maharashtra). In his new role, Deolekar will oversee the overall operations of eight of the company’s hotels across Maharashtra in Bhiwandi-Pimplas, Ganpatipule, Igatpuri, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Palghar.
A seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, boasting over 20 years of experience, Manish graduated from the Pacific International Hotel Management School in New Zealand, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from India, which complements his extensive hospitality expertise.
Manish began his career as a management trainee at Taj Hotels, where he honed his skills in luxury service and operations. His journey has taken him through esteemed international brands such as Marriott, Starwood, and Rydges Hotels & Resorts, where he has held various leadership positions and contributed to enhancing guest experiences and operational excellence.
His diverse background and commitment to perfection make him a valuable asset and will contribute greatly to the continued success of the properties in this key region.
