Since joining Marriott International in 2007, Chef Rohan has been instrumental in shaping the culinary identity of several iconic properties including The St. Regis Mumbai, JW Marriott Mumbai, The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, and Courtyard by Marriott Hebbal, Bengaluru. Most recently, he helmed the kitchens at Navi Mumbai Marriott Hotel as Executive Chef, where he successfully led pre- and post-opening culinary strategy, designed forward-thinking menus, and elevated guest experiences through regional storytelling on the plate.

Known for his dynamic leadership, Chef Rohan has curated large-format galas, including celebrity weddings, and contributed to high-profile pre-opening task forces across India and Sri Lanka.
