In his new role at Fairfield by Marriott Goa Calangute, Ganeshan will lead overall hotel operations. He will focus on creating great guest experiences, improving day-to-day performance, and strengthening the hotel’s position as a top choice for travelers in the vibrant and scenic area of Calangute, Goa.
A proven track record in operations and pre-openings
Ganeshan’s career showcases a well-rounded progression through critical roles in Food and Beverage and Operations. He has been instrumental in the successful pre-opening and launch of flagship properties such as JW Marriott Bengaluru, Courtyard by Marriott & Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road Bengaluru, and Courtyard by Marriott Hebbal Bengaluru.
In each role, Ganeshan demonstrated exceptional leadership, streamlining pre-opening processes and establishing high operational benchmarks that continue to set the standard for service excellence across the brand.
Leadership across marquee hospitality brands
In his most recent role as Vice President – Hospitality at MRG Group, Ganeshan led brand development and drove operational excellence across a diverse hospitality portfolio. Before that, as Director of Operations at JW Marriott Pune, he was pivotal in enhancing service standards and optimizing operational efficiency.
His prior experience also includes leadership roles as Director of Food and Beverage in both Pune and Bengaluru, where he consistently delivered outstanding results in high-volume, luxury hospitality settings.
