Taj Dubai announce the appointment of Deepak Anand as the new Director of Security at Taj Dubai.
A decorated military career
Deepak brings with him a wealth of experience and an illustrious career that began in 1995 with the Indian Military Academy. A decorated Army veteran, he served for over 22 years across various regions in India and was entrusted with key leadership roles throughout his military tenure. His exceptional service was recognized with the prestigious Sena Medal in 2003, awarded for distinguished service in the Indian Army.
He also represented India on the global stage as part of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), where his efforts earned him a Letter of Commendation from the UN Sector Commander in 2012.
From military to hospitality
Post his retirement from the armed forces at the rank of Colonel, he transitioned into hospitality security, joining Taj Mansingh, New Delhi in September 2023. There, he played an essential role in arranging high-security arrangements for heads of states and global VVIP dignitaries, upholding the highest standards of guest safety and protocol.
