The St Regis Goa Resort appointed Debyani Ray Bhattacharya as the new Learning & Development Manager, effective May 2024. Having worked with prestigious brands such as Hyatt Regency Kolkata, Hyatt Raipur, Novotel & ibis Bengaluru, Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Grand Mercure Bangalore, and Grand Mercure Mysore, she brings extensive experience in learning and development.
Before joining The St Regis Goa Resort, Debyani served as Senior Manager Training in Sales at HealthifyMe, driving impressive sales growth through innovative training programmes. She is known for her inclusive leadership style and commitment to upskilling, mentoring, and coaching her team.
