Courtyard by Marriott Goa Colva appointed Chef Prakash Yadav as the new Executive Chef. His career is marked by his tenure at several prestigious properties. Most recently, he served as Executive Chef at Fairfield by Marriott, Lucknow, where he led the culinary team of a 222-room property, managing a multi-cuisine restaurant, bar, and extensive banquet facilities. Before this, he was the Executive Chef at ITC Fortune Park, Vapi, and Park Inn by Radisson.
His earlier roles include serving as Senior Sous Chef at ITC Fortune Select, Jaipur, and Sous Chef at Lemon Tree Premier, Jaipur, where he honed his skills in managing diverse culinary teams and operations.
Chef Prakash’s journey also includes key roles at Golden Tulip, Jaipur, Devi Ratn Resorts (currently IHCL SeleQtion by Taj), and One and Only Royal Mirage, Dubai. Each of these experiences has contributed to his deep understanding of the culinary arts and guest satisfaction.
