Prior to joining Grand Mercure Mysore, Ambika served as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse, where he played a pivotal role in streamlining operations and enhancing guest satisfaction.

In his current role at Grand Mercure Mysore, Ambika leads the food and beverage operations with a focus on elevating service standards, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. His expertise spans across operational management, innovative menu development, food safety compliance, budget forecasting, cost control, and managing large-scale banquet and outdoor catering operations.
