With nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Anuj brings a wealth of strategic insight to the role and brings a proven track record of operational excellence, people-first leadership, and a guest-centric approach.
A journey rooted in luxury hospitality
Anuj’s career began with Taj Krishna, Hyderabad, where he honed his skills in luxury guest services through progressive roles in the butler service department. This formative experience shaped his deep understanding of bespoke service and operational discipline.
Anuj has held key leadership roles across renowned hotel chains, bringing with him a deep understanding of both luxury and upscale segments. In his most recent role as Cluster General Manager at Accor, he led operations for Grand Mercure Bangalore, Grand Mercure Mysore, and ibis Styles Mysuru, managing a combined portfolio of over 400 keys across key South India markets. Prior to that, he served as General Manager at ibis Gurgaon Golf Course Road and Grand Mercure Bangalore.

At Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort, Anuj will be responsible for spearheading the resort’s strategic direction, enhancing guest experiences, and leading the team into its next phase of growth. His appointment comes at a time wherein the property is emerging as a sought-after destination for both leisure and business travelers amidst the picturesque Aravalli hills.
