Burger Singh has inaugurated its latest outlet at Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun. This marks the brand’s second airport outlet and its fifth location in Uttarakhand. This launch is part of the company’s broader expansion strategy, focusing on transit locations in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, where enhanced travel infrastructure is creating new opportunities for consumption.

Efficient Kiosk Model for High-Volume Service

The Dehradun airport outlet follows Burger Singh’s efficient kiosk model, which is optimized for high-volume service in compact spaces. This format allows the brand to establish a national presence across major transportation hubs, while keeping costs low compared to traditional quick-service restaurant (QSR) formats.

Founder’s Vision for Growth

“Our airport strategy is rooted in high-throughput, low-capex formats that allow us to rapidly scale in fast-growing micro markets,” said Kabir Jeet Singh, Founder and CEO. “With increased mobility in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, airports have become key touchpoints for brand visibility, top-line growth, and consumer acquisition.”

Future Expansion Plans

As part of its expansion roadmap, Burger Singh plans to open additional outlets in airports across several cities, including Ranchi, Mangalore, Jammu, Vadodara, Bhopal, Surat, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Rajkot, Imphal, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, Chandigarh, Indore, and Varanasi in the near future.

Strategic Locations for Increased Reach

The brand is capitalizing on a diverse range of strategic locations such as airports, highways, hospitals, and university campuses. This approach is helping strengthen both reach and brand recall. The Dehradun outlet not only offers greater accessibility to travelers but also contributes to the local economy through direct and indirect employment and entrepreneurial opportunities via its franchise-first approach.

Aiming for 300+ Outlets by FY26

Burger Singh’s ambitious goal is to scale up to 300+ outlets by the end of FY26. This growth will be driven by its low-capex model (under ₹20 lakh), efficient supply chain, and strong regional partnerships, all of which enable rapid and sustainable expansion.
