A legacy of operational excellence and leadership
Victor is a passionate hospitality professional with a diverse background, having worked with leading brands like Hyatt and Marriott International. His expertise spans across Hotel Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Events, with experience in luxury, premium, and select service brands.
A graduate from a hotel school in Kolkata, Victor began his career with Hyatt Hotels in the Corporate Leadership programme and steadily rose through various positions in India and Dubai. In 2016, he joined Marriott International as Resident Manager at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, where he successfully contributed to the brand positioning and enhanced the guest experience. His remarkable leadership led to his promotion to General Manager at Le Meridien Goa Calangute and later at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport.
