Conceptualized by Pawan Shahri and Nikita Shahri, the new venture underscores the company’s commitment to experience-driven hospitality and its strategic expansion into fully owned restaurant formats—a move that signals a new phase of accelerated growth.
A major player in Mumbai’s F&B scene
With this, Chrome Asia Hospitality, with 9 restaurants at approximately 45,000 sqft, making it one of the largest hospitality players in Mumbai. The launch of Late Checkout, the group’s first fully owned outlet, marks a fundamental shift towards a self-owned business model, allowing greater control over brand equity and long-term scalability.
Ambitious national expansion plans
Chrome Asia Hospitality is charting an ambitious growth trajectory, with plans to scale its operations at an aggressive 30% year-on-year growth rate. Over the next three years, the company aims to expand its footprint to 35–40 outlets across India, reinforcing its position as a leader in the country’s premium dining and hospitality sector.
