Lemon Tree Hotels has announced its latest signings – Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Niman, Madhya Pradesh, and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Garoth, Madhya Pradesh. These properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Strategic Location on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway
Both hotels are strategically positioned along the 1,350 km-long, 8-lane Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, which passes through Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. Once completed, the expressway is expected to reduce travel time between Delhi and Mumbai to just 12 hours.
Hotel Features and Offerings
- Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Niman, Madhya Pradesh, scheduled to start operations by FY26, will feature 42 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room, and other public areas.
- Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Garoth, Madhya Pradesh, also set to open by FY26, will offer the same 42 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room, and other public spaces.
