Alivaa’s new hotel to come up near Mumbai airport

Alivaa Hotels announces the signing of its new property in Mumbai, marking the brand’s debut in India’s financial capital. Located near Terminal 1 of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, this expansion is a notable achievement and an important milestone for the company, which was launched in 2024.

Modern Amenities and Strategic Location

Alivaa Hotel Mumbai, a greenfield project with 94 rooms, is on a long-term lease from Anupam Realities owned by Rajesh N. Gala, Ankur H. Kotecha, and Vinod M. Gala. It will offer a range of modern amenities, including a restaurant, bar, and meeting facilities, catering to both business and transit travellers. Its prime location in Andheri East ensures seamless connectivity to key business hubs and transit points.
