This exclusive dining experience will take place on January 24th & 25th, offering guests a unique opportunity to indulge in the rich flavours of Kashmiri cuisine.

Chor Bizarre: A Culinary Icon
Chor Bizarre is especially known across the world for its Kashmiri dishes and was the first to bring the Wazwan as well as other delicacies from the kitchens of Kashmiri pandits out of the valley through its pop-ups across the country and the world. However, Chor Bizarre has always been proud of the ever-changing regional favourites too on its menu.
Menu Highlights
Led by Brand Chef Srinivasulu, Chor Bizarre features the best of North Indian cuisine and on these two evenings, guests shall be able to taste Kashmiri cuisine’s rich tapestry. While Chor Bizarre, New Delhi is capable of serving the entire 36 course Wazwan, Mumbai will get to taste a few select signature dishes including Al Yakhni, Nadru Palak, Goshtaba, Kashmiri Roganjosh and more. These will be served on a traditional copper tarami.
Says Chef Srinivas, “Following the success of our first pop-up in Mumbai last year, we are thrilled to bring Chor Bizarre’s authentic Kashmiri cuisine to Jyran at Sofitel Mumbai BKC. We are excited to welcome back our loyal clients from Mumbai, as well as new guests who are eager to indulge in the true flavours of Kashmir once again.”
This special menu is priced at Rs. 4500 plus taxes per person, for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian diners paired and includes a complimentary pour of Indian single malt whiskey for all guests.
