Lemon Tree Hotels announced two latest signings: Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kempty Road, Mussoorie, and Lemon Tree Hotel, Varanasi. Both properties shall be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. While the former is expected to open in FY26, the latter will become operational by FY28.
Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kempty Road, Mussoorie, will feature 47 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a rooftop lounge, a banquet, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and other public areas.
The Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun, is about 69 km away, while the Dehradun Railway Station is 44 km away from the hotel. It is 2.5 km away from the Kempty Falls, a stunning 40-foot-high popular waterfall that is a popular tourist attraction. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.
On the other hand, Lemon Tree Hotel, Varanasi, will feature 65 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, a meeting room, a bar, a swimming pool, a spa, a fitness centre, and other public areas.
The Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport is about 18 km away, while the Varanasi Railway Station is 16 km away from the hotel. The hotel is also well connected by roadways for both public and private transport.
