Marriott Hotels in Surat has promoted Chef Sunil Gangwal as the Cluster Director of Food & Beverage Operations for the Surat Marriott Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott Surat. In his new role, Sunil will oversee all culinary operations for both hotels.
Sunil’s vast experience spanning two decades includes leadership roles at Marriott Surat, Renaissance Hotel Ahmedabad, and various culinary and operational positions within the Marriott and Hyatt brands. Known for his strategic approach, Sunil has successfully led F&B teams to implement innovative menu concepts, strengthen cost efficiency, and improve guest satisfaction metrics. He is recognized for his commitment to sustainability, quality standards, and fostering an environment that promotes creativity and excellence among his teams.
