Eros Hotel, New Delhi, launches the Clay Pot Specials, featuring authentic Cantonese cuisine from October 18th to October 31st. This festival offers a culinary journey into southern China’s delectable clay pot dishes at the hotel’s renowned Chinese restaurant, Empress of China.
The hotel’s team of expert chefs brings the essence of Cantonese cuisine to life with fresh, high-quality ingredients, including seafood, meats, tofu, and vegetables. The dishes are prepared using an array of authentic sauces, such as soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce, enhanced by ginger, garlic, and an assortment of aromatic herbs.
The special menu features dishes such as Hong Kong Style Vegan Clay Pot, a delightful rice blend with mushrooms and tofu; Cantonese Eggplant Casserole, an irresistible medley of miso-marinated Chinese cabbage; Char Siu, a barbecue pork and rice dish; and the Chanko Nabe, a nourishing chicken broth with chicken dumplings and vegetables served with fragrant jasmine rice cherished by Sumo wrestlers.
