Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) announced the signing of a hotel in Nadiad, Gujarat. The hotel will be branded an IHCL SeleQtions.
The 108-key IHCL SeleQtions Nadiad-Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is located on the Golden Quadrilateral Road along the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway and will feature an all-day diner, a gym, a swimming pool, and a spa. The hotel will offer 10,000+ square feet of banqueting space with meeting rooms, pre-function areas, and open lawns for weddings and large events.
Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President of Real Estate & Development at IHCL, said, “This signing fortifies IHCL’s presence in Gujarat. Nadiad has emerged as an industrial centre, and its proximity to key cities in the state makes it a convenient getaway, driving demand for quality hospitality services. We are delighted to collaborate with Ankur Desai on this project.”

Nadiad, with the presence of manufacturing companies, has evolved into a major industrial hub and is famous for its ancient temples.
With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 25 hotels in Gujarat, including six under development.
