Caravela Beach Resort announces two significant appointments to its leadership team: Ajay Prusty as the new Food and Beverage Manager and Kranti Dessai as the new Executive Housekeeper.
Ajay Prusty has garnered 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry from his previous roles at prestigious establishments such as the St Regis Goa, Beleza By The Beach Goa, and The Leela Goa. As the Food and Beverage Manager, Ajay will oversee all dining operations, including the award-winning Beach Hut Restaurant and the resort’s extensive indoor and outdoor banqueting facilities.
In another notable appointment, Caravela Beach Resort welcomes Kranti Dessai as the new Executive Housekeeper. Kranti brings 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held prominent leadership positions at esteemed establishments such as Burj Al Arab, Madinat Jumeirah, and Zabeel Palace in the UAE. Her most recent role was at Elite Byblos, a distinguished five-star hotel in Al Barsha, Dubai. As the Executive Housekeeper, Kranti will oversee the housekeeping team, maintaining exceptional standards throughout the resort and ensuring that guests experience the highest levels of comfort.
