Chef Vikram has a distinguished background in culinary arts and a hotel management degree from VIHMCT, Mumbai University. Chef Vikram’s culinary journey is as diverse as it is impressive. He specialises in a wide range of cuisines, including Indian Curry, Tandoor, Continental, South Indian, and Indian Sweet Section. His skill set has been magnificently sharpened through years of experience in the culinary field. Chef Vikram has worked with renowned brands in India and abroad, including Fairfield by Marriott, Oakwood Residency, and Grand Mercure, bringing a reputation for excellence wherever he goes. Throughout his career, Chef Vikram has amassed numerous accolades and won several competitions at domestic and international levels.
In his new role, Chef Vikram will lead culinary operations, bringing his innovative flair and expertise to the forefront. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of flavours, he will craft menus that will tantalise the taste buds and exceed expectations.
