Starting his journey as a kitchen steward, Chef Raulito’s dedication and determination led him to rise the ranks within the industry. In close collaboration with the Executive Chef, Chef Raulito will play a paramount role in managing daily operations, ensuring top-notch production standards, and providing leadership in staff management.
