Over the course of his illustrious career, he has garnered extensive expertise in various cuisines, including Japanese, Peruvian, Pan-Latin, Mediterranean and Indian.
In his new role, he will oversee the resort’s culinary operations, curating unique menus and F&B experiences for guests to indulge in.
