French premium brand HMONIN unveils cutting-edge ‘experience studio’ for hospitality professionals in Bengaluru

The centre will serve as an innovation hub for HORECA professionals and educational institutes located in South India

MONIN, a premium French brand and trusted partner for hospitality professionals all over the world, has announced the launch of its exclusive ‘Experience Studio’ in Bengaluru. The studio is the latest among many such centres that MONIN has across the globe. This studio in Bengaluru is the second one in India, after New Delhi that was launched in 2021. The centre will serve as an innovation hub for HORECA professionals and educational institutes located in South India.

Spread across a luxurious 2,000-square-foot, this Experiential Studio located in Indiranagar will act as a platform to conduct beverage innovation and personalized menu curation sessions for bartenders, mixologists, baristas, chefs along with curating educational modules for Students of Bar Schools & Hospitality Institutes. This ‘House of Innovation’ will offer its guests an opportunity to witness the world of artistic beverage and culinary creations at its best and act as a catalyst to exchange creative ideas and discover new applications catering to the Indian palette and bring together stakeholders of the beverage industry.
