The Den Bengaluru, a chain of Israeli luxury hotels DAN Hospitality, has initiated the vaccination drive for all employees.
The Den has pledged its commitment to covering the cost of vaccination for its entire workforce and treatment for Covid-19 affected employees. During the first wave of Covid-19, the hotel launched the ‘Safety & Security is in our DNA’ initiative. This initiative aims to assure the safety and well-being of its associates and guests.
Given that vaccination is a crucial step towards fighting the Covid-19 pandemic and recovery, the management is assuring that every member of The Den family gets vaccinated as quickly as possible. And upon the completion of the drive, the hotel would tag itself as a Fully Vaccinated Organisation to give confidence to the guests.
Commenting on this drive, General Manager Vinesh Gupta said, “Dan Hotels Israel & The Den Bengaluru prides itself on its value systems where the team is always at the forefront. We have ensured that our entire team in Israel and India are fully vaccinated soon. In terms of our HR policies, we have always had a people-first approach. We have not implemented any cost-cutting measures or salary cuts to keep our businesses afloat. Besides, in cases where any team member has contracted the virus, we have ensured that they get paid leave and their treatment are taken care of.”
