Gautam brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry spanning over 14 years to his new position at Raffles Udaipur. During this time, he has been associated with renowned hotel chains like ITC Hotels and Marriott International. His last assignment was as the Director of Food and Beverage of Pullman and Novotel at the Aerocity in New Delhi.
In this role, Gautam will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence. He will also work closely with the hotel’s management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the hotel’s performance and reputation.
Gautam spent close to 8 years with ITC Hotels where he graduated as a Management Trainee from the prestigious Welcomgroup Management Institute. He was an integral part of the F&B for ITC Maurya where he rose from a Restaurant Manager to an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager.
