In his new role as the executive chef at Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre, Chef Kane will lead the culinary and oversee the hotel’s restaurant and bar, including the in-room dining and banqueting. Chef Kane is driven by his vision and determination to create a cutting-edge culinary experience for one and all focusing towards smooth operation and fine guest experience.
Chef Kane finds his interest in Japanese and Italian cuisine and also loves to stay up-to-date with ongoing trends across the industry.
“Cooking a good dish comes with having good quality ingredients and consistency which comes through training. Factors like talent development and sound knowledge are of paramount importance in creating a dining experience,” says Chef Kane.
