Debashis Biswas, Executive Chef, Radisson Blu Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru.

Debashis Biswas has joined Radisson Blu Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru as Executive Chef. His leadership qualities paired with a flair for attention to details has earned him great respect during his 14-year old career.

An alumni of IHM Hyderabad, Debashis started his journey in 2008 with Hyatt Regency Mumbai. He went on to work with Leela Palace New Delhi, Park Hyatt Chennai and JW Marriott Chandigarh. His last assignment was with JW Marriott Bengaluru.

During his culinary journey, Chef Debashis has efficiently handled diverse range of operations including kitchen functions, costing, budgeting, food promotions, training and recruitment. His diligence and eye for detail has helped him raise the standard of kitchen operations in all his stints.
