With the rise in entrepreneurial home chefs presenting the best of their kitchens to appreciative audiences, organisations such as The Soul Company have entered the F&B space with enthusiasm. One such find is the kitchen of Chef Anuradha Joshi Medhora, a native of the Malwa region that she so masterfully brings on a platter through her initiative, Charoli Foods.

Four Seasons Mumbai is showcasing this cuisine with partners Hennessy and The Soul Company to create ‘Soul Table’. The magnificent menu enriches the understanding of the neighbouring region of Malwa while taking every guest on a culinary voyage to the times gone past.

Brimming with the finest cuts of meat, choicest spices and freshest produce, the thoughtful menu pays homage to the culinary legacy of the Royal Kitchens of Malwa, where game meats and local ingredients form the backbone of the cuisine. The highlights of the menu include the wholesome Bajre ki Khichdi and the unique Ande ka Halwa, and more.

Paired with this grand display of cuisine is a set of crafted cocktails as a tribute to Hennessy. What’s intriguing is the use of ingredients often found in the same land, including but not limited to spices and produce such as coriander, poppy seeds and guavas. The three cocktails pair artfully with the seven course menu.

This community table is limited to a group of select guests on 25th September, offered at INR 4,500 plus taxes per person.
