Conrad Pune has recently appointed Sidney Dcunha as Conrad Pune’s new executive chef. He will be responsible for all day to day operations of the kitchen. Dcunha comes with over 15 years of culinary experience in established hotels to pre-opening ones. Prior to joining Conrad Pune, Dcunha has worked with JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar. Previous to that, he has worked with the Taj group of hotels in Mumbai, Delhi, New York, Boston and Ritz Carlton Bangalore.
