Nothing Before Coffee (NBC), gained national investor attention following its appearance on Episode 11 of Bharat Ke Super Founders. The Jaipur-based brand presented its expansion model focused on Tier-II and Tier-III markets, positioning itself within India’s evolving youth and accessible coffee culture.
During the show, NBC received two on-air commitments. Aditya Singh, Founder of All in Capital, offered ₹50 lakh for 0.27% equity, while a structured market offer of ₹3.2 crore was proposed as debt with a 12% revenue share. The panel evaluating the brand included Dr A. Velumani, Nitish Mittersain, Shanti Mohan, and other members of India’s startup ecosystem.
Financial performance and unit economics
According to the founders, the company has achieved consistent store-level performance metrics. The brand reports gross margins of around 65 percent at store level and EBITDA margins of approximately 28 percent at mature outlets, with all operational stores remaining EBITDA positive.
NBC positions its hot coffee offerings at around a one-dollar price point, making them significantly more affordable compared with several international coffee chains operating in India.

The company has outlined an expansion roadmap targeting 400 stores across India by 2029, with the next milestone of 100 additional outlets expected by 2027.
