Hilton debuts first Waldorf Astoria in Goa

The 148-room luxury beachfront hotel in South Goa, scheduled to open in 2030, strengthens Hilton’s expanding luxury footprint across India.

Hilton today announced the signing of Waldorf Astoria Goa, marking the debut of one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands to India’s storied western shoreline. The new hotel will be Hilton’s third Waldorf Astoria in India, following the signings of Waldorf Astoria Jaipur and Waldorf Astoria New Delhi, and underscores the continued expansion of Hilton’s luxury footprint across the country’s most compelling urban and leisure destinations.

It also expands Hilton’s trading and pipeline presence in Goa to four hotels, reflecting sustained confidence in the market’s domestic and international appeal, and enduring appetite for high-end leisure experiences.

Development and Partnership

Scheduled for a 2030 opening, Waldorf Astoria Goa is being developed by West Coast Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture between the V.S. Dempo Group and Triton Hotels & Resorts Private Limited.

Set on a 20-acre waterfront in South Goa, the hotel will offer uninterrupted views of the Arabian Sea. Surrounded by natural beauty and Goa’s coastal charm, it reflects Waldorf Astoria’s signature blend of timeless elegance and personalized luxury.

Design, Dining and Event Spaces

The hotel will offer 148 rooms, suites and villas, along with Peacock Alley, curated dining venues, a beachfront restaurant and rooftop bar. With 10,800 sq ft of event space, a luxury spa, fitness center and pools, it is positioned as a prime venue for weddings and celebrations.
