Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has been conferred the Best Audit Committee Award 2024–25 at the Asia Business Responsibility Summit. The recognition was presented by the Asian Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability.
Focus on Transparency and Financial Oversight
The recognition underscores IHCL’s continued focus on enhancing financial oversight, strengthening risk management framework, promoting transparency and safeguarding shareholder and stakeholder interests. The award was adjudicated by an eminent jury chaired by Sanjiv Mehta, Chairman of the Summit and Awards Committee and was presented by Paul Polman, Former Global CEO, Unilever and Founder IMAGINE, UK.
