Mohapatra’s journey in the industry spans over 30 years of passion and perseverance. Beginning with The Oberoi Group and later joining Mayfair Hotels & Resorts, he rose from Manager Operations to Executive Director through vision and commitment. Under his stewardship, Mayfair experienced remarkable growth and became one of India’s most admired luxury hospitality brands.

Today, as Managing Director of Atmosphere Core for India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka, Mohapatra continues to lead with purpose, overseeing the brand’s expansion across the Asia-Pacific region. His leadership reflects Atmosphere Core’s ethos of heartfelt service and authentic guest experiences.
