Vijaya Kumar brings over three decades of expertise in operations, culinary innovation, and sustainable hospitality. Having been part of GRT Hotels & Resorts for 17 years, he has successfully led F&B operations across multiple properties and played a key role in enhancing guest experiences.
A recipient of the IFCA Smart Chef Award and Green Hotelier of the Year, he is also a certified judge for national and international culinary contests, underscoring his dedication to excellence in hospitality.

Kumar holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Chennai, along with multiple postgraduate degrees including an MBA in Human Resources, MA in Public Administration, and Masters in Tourism Management. He is also certified in ISO 22000, AHLA programs, and is an accredited trainer and auditor.
